2. Services Offered

Open Dreams offers website development, mobile applications and customized digital solutions. Specific details of each service will be defined in individual contracts.

3. Contract Conditions

Services are provided upon:

  • Client-approved quote
  • Signed service contract
  • Payment as agreed
  • Provision of necessary information and materials by the client

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Making available content, images and necessary materials
  • Providing feedback within established deadlines
  • Making payments as agreed
  • Maintaining licenses and rights over provided content

5. Intellectual Property

After full payment of the project, ownership of the developed code and design will be transferred to the client, except:

  • Open source components used in the project
  • Third-party frameworks and libraries
  • Open Dreams proprietary tools and methodologies

6. Deadlines and Deliveries

Deadlines are estimates based on project complexity and client information availability. Delays caused by lack of feedback or client materials may result in deadline extensions.

7. Warranties and Support

We offer warranty against bugs and technical issues as specified in each contract. Post-delivery support is subject to project-specific terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Open Dreams is not responsible for:

  • Indirect losses or lost profits
  • Problems caused by third parties or external services
  • Content provided by the client
  • Inappropriate use of the developed solution

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with prior notice. Amounts already paid for work performed will not be refunded.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
